- Sorry, but program works only with Nikon Coolpix and some Olympus Camedia cameras.
What kind of connection interface do you use?

- The latest cameras usually have USB interface for connection to computer.
More expensive cameras have both USB and RS232 interface, but RS232 cable must be obtained separately.
The old cameras have only RS232 interface and have RS232 cable in the kit.

- Sorry, but program supports only RS232 interface with Olumpus Camedia cameras.
So you can use the program only if your camera have RS232 interface and you have RS232 cable.
I haven't confirmation but I think program supports your camera properly.

Sorry, but program doesn't support USB interface with Nikon Coolpix 990/880 cameras.
If you have RS232 cable you can use this program with RS232 interface.
Sorry, but Nikon Coolpix 2000 too different from another Coolpix cameras. It's cannot be supported.
You must setup driver for your camera from Nikon Web site. ASPI interface must be activated also.
You must log-on as Administrator or member of Administrator's group.
You must log-on as Administrator or member of Administrator's group. Switch you camera in Mass Storage mode (not PTP).
Make sure that serial port works properly.
